Shipping policy

All orders shipping to a destination outside of Canada are subject to import duties, fees and taxes of the destination country. We are not responsible for any duties, fees, or taxes that are incurred during the delivery of your order/package. Delays in delivery may occur if your package is randomly selected by your country’s Customs Department or Agency for inspection.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm (EST) and are shipped within 48 hours. Email notification is sent out to notify customers at time of fulfillment. Orders placed on Weekends will be processed within 24 hours after the start of the new week, fulfillment notification will be sent by email once the order is processed.

SurfaceScience products are shipped primarily via Canada Post and Canpar and is sent out within 48 hours upon receipt of order. We cannot guarantee delivery time via Canada post but it is generally 1-2 weeks. In special circumstances your order may be shipped via courier. Your order will be followed up by a SurfaceScience representative with details and applicable tracking information. Additional fees may apply.

Expedited Shipping/Rush Delivery

In special circumstances and upon request SurfaceScience is shipped by courier, this is an additional fee. Alternatively you can select expedited shipping during checkout. Any questions please contact info@surfacescience.ca.
